Returns Window
You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

Eligibility
To be eligible for a return:

Item must be unused and in original condition
Returned in original packaging where possible

Non-Returnable Items
Due to the handmade nature of our products, the following items are not eligible for return:

Custom or personalised items
Digital products (such as crochet patterns)

Faulty or Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we will resolve this promptly.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 5–7 working days to your original payment method.

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
